To allow you to use the Website and its services, including the possibility of making purchases, registering and contacting Voiceat for specific requests (hereinafter " Services "), the Data Controller needs to know and process some Your personal data.
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI ( Uniform Resource Identifier ) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Data Controller intends to retain your personal data for a period of time no longer than that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and processed.
Therefore, personal navigation data and data acquired through the use of the Website will not be kept for more than seven days.
With regard to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing and/or profiling, in compliance with regulatory requests and provided that they have been explicitly authorized by you, Voiceat has decided to provide for the automatic deletion of your personal data, or to their transformation into anonymous form in a permanent and non-reversible manner, within 24 months of the registration of the data collected for marketing purposes, and within 12 months of the registration of those used for profiling purposes.
With regard to any other personal data, not being able to precisely predetermine their retention period, the Data Controller undertakes from now on to base this specific processing on the principles of adequacy, relevance and data minimisation, as required by the European Regulation , annually verifying the need for their conservation. Therefore, once the purposes for which they were collected and processed have been achieved, your personal data will be removed from our systems and registers and/or we will take appropriate measures to make them anonymous, so as to prevent you from being identified.
This is without prejudice to the case in which we need to keep such data to fulfill regulatory obligations, or to ascertain, exercise or defend our rights in court.

Furthermore, our employees may also become aware of your personal data, provided that they are previously designated as a person acting under the authority of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 29 of the European Regulation or as System Administrator.
As our business continues to develop, we may decide to sell or buy stores, branches or manufacturing units. Generally, in such operations the customers' personal data are part of the company assets that are transferred, but remain subject to the commitments undertaken through this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, in the event that ownership of Voiceat or substantially all of its assets are transferred to third parties, customer personal data will naturally be among the transferred assets.

The provision of your personal data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.A is mandatory, as your refusal to provide the requested personal data would make it impossible for Voiceat to allow you to use the contents and services of the Website .
The provision of your personal data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.B is optional but failure to provide it, whilst not preventing the use of the Website in any way, may not allow us to allow you to fully benefit from the advantages we offer to the our community through advertising, commercial and direct marketing information, as well as to inform you about additional services, events and promotions that we aim to offer you.
