RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This is a purely informative section and summarizes what is exhaustively regulated in the General Conditions of Sale.

If you have purchased a product on our site, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. decide to return the product, without having to provide any reason and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from acquiring physical possession of the package containing the product ordered or, in the case of the purchase of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the acquisition of physical possession of the last product purchased.

If you have purchased a service, you will still be able to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the email confirming your order, provided that the provision of this service has not yet been completed. Any Gift Card, where available, is considered a service.

EXCLUSIONS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by article 59 of the Consumer Code, including:

- In case of purchase of clearly personalized goods;

- In case of purchase of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics, or related to health protection, which have been opened after delivery.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to the purchase of products that do not fall within the exclusions provided above, you must inform Voiceat srls of your intention to withdraw from the contract by sending a communication via registered mail to the address: Via San Francesco D 'Assisi, n. 7 – Lecce 73100. To this end, you can use the standard withdrawal form provided for in Annex I part B of the Consumer Code, with the following content:

Hereby, the undersigned __________ notifies the withdrawal from the purchase contract of the following goods: [insert a description of the products purchased by MANDATORY indicating the order number], ordered on _________ (or received on __________) and requests:

the refund of the amount paid for the returned products, by re-crediting the relevant sum via the payment method used;

- Name, Surname, Address of the Customer

- Client's signature (only if the form is notified in paper version)

- Date

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

Products must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive “as new” without any damage to the Product or Product packaging. The products must be returned to Voiceat srls, without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen days) from the date on which you communicated to Voiceat srls your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The Products must be returned to Voiceat srls in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them, by post to the following address:

Voiceat srls only accepts correctly addressed parcels or registered letters.

In compliance with the provisions of article 57, paragraph 1, of the Italian Consumer Code, you will have to pay the return costs.

REFUND IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, within the terms and according to the methods established for returning the products, you will be able to obtain:

• the refund of the amount paid for the returned products, by re-crediting the relevant sum via the payment method used;

The refund of the product price will take place within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. Voiceat srls may withhold the refund until it has received the return of the products covered by the canceled order or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the products back, depending on which situation occurs first.

If the returned products show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, Voiceat srls may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.
